convenient location clean room breakfast buffet responsive staff
the room was clean and appropriately sized. i found the location very convenient to shopping areas and transport links. the breakfast buffet offered several choices. the staff responded quickly when i requested additional towels.

clean room friendly staff convenient location
The room was clean and well appointed I found the bed comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful . I could easily walk to the MTR and Star Ferry from the hotel.

a fairly average visit
limited selection long queue
the breakfast buffet was really quite disappointing. the selection seemed oddly limited for a hotel like this and the pastries tasted a bit stale. also, i encountered a rather long queue at check-in. it took nearly half an hour before someone could finally see me and that is after i lugged my suitcase up the stairs, no fun.

The location is quite convenient. i found it easy to reach the ferry port. the pool was a plus for me. It was pleasant. the staff proved to be helpful when i needed assistance.
The check-in process took longer than expected. i waited with no clear explanation. my room had a musty smell. The dampness was noticeable despite the air conditioning.
